SHIPPING POLICY

OVERVIEW

Thank you for choosing one our sparkling products !

SUMMARY

The following applies to all of our products:

  • We currently can ship to the UK, all European countries, USA, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand.

  • Shipping Method UK: All products will be shipped via a Royal Mail Tracked service. Estimated delivery times are as per the shipping option selected (not guaranteed, Royal Mail may experience delays beyond our control).

  • Shipping Methods outside the UK, We use Royal Mail from the UK then this transfers to your national provider. Estimated delivery times and costs are as per the shipping option selected (timings not guaranteed).

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day from the date of purchase.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
We hope you love your goodies from The Sequin Sisterhood but if you do need to return your item/s for a refund we understand!
 
To return to us, the item/s needs to be in their unworn, original condition and must have the tags intact and attached and be in the original packaging.
We have a 28-day return policy from the date that the order was delivered to you. Please note, we do not offer a free return policy. You will need to pay the return postage.  Please return your items using Royal Mail ‘tracked’ service. All returns received within 28 days will be refunded back to your original payment method. This may take up to 7 working days for us to process and then to show in your account.
Any items returned after the 28 days returns period will be sent back to you and we will ask you to cover the cost of return postage.
Returns are your responsibility until they are received by us so please ensure that you keep your proof of tracking receipt from Royal Mail to hand.

EXCHANGES
We’re afraid that we are unable to offer exchanges.

FAULTY ITEMS
We’d absolutely hate for you to receive a faulty items but if this does happen please get in touch with us urgently on hello@thesequinsisterhood.co.uk and if possible send us some photos and we will deal with this immediately for you.  Of course, we’ll cover the return postage and send out a replacement free of charge or refund you in full.
